PT Atthaya Kemi Mandiri is a fertilizer distribution company in Indonesia that has won the Best Distributor Award from Pupuk Indonesia 2024 and actively collaborates with the GSN Foundation in distributing fertilizers to farmers. With operations focused on distribution and many distribution points, operational accuracy and the availability of quick information are key to ensuring smooth fertilizer distribution.

Condition (Before)

As distribution activities increase, the company faces challenges in controlling stock movement and visibility between distribution points. Fertilizer distribution and stock are not monitored in real-time, making it difficult for the company to respond quickly to changes in demand and stock conditions. This situation poses risks of overstock or stockouts at certain distribution points, which can disrupt the smooth distribution process. On the administrative side, various back-office activities such as expense submissions, project expenditures, goods distribution recording, and financial reporting are still done manually. As a result, the workload increases and the reporting process becomes less efficient and less consistent.

1. Delivery Tracking through Delivery Order.Delivery of goods to customers can be tracked through the Delivery Order, making the distribution flow easier to monitor and trace.
2. Minimum & Maximum Stock Rules per Location.Setting minimum and maximum stock levels for each location helps control inventory, reduces the risk of stockouts or stockpiling, and supports more organized replenishment planning.
3. Accounting Module for Automated Financial Reporting.The Accounting Module automatically generates important reports, such as Profit/Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, making reporting faster and more consistent.
