INKINDO — Strengthening Project Visibility, Member Communication, and Asset Management

Company Overview

The National Association of Indonesian Consultants (INKINDO) is an association of independent consulting service companies, playing an important role in developing professionalism and integrity in both construction and non-construction service sectors. With activities involving member management, organizational operations, and the implementation of various activities, INKINDO requires a well-organized system to support transparency, consistency, and operational control.

Condition (Before)

As organizational activities increase, INKINDO faces several challenges that impact visibility and process consistency. Projects and employee timesheets are not optimally monitored, resulting in activity recording, progress, and workload not being documented in a structured manner. Member communication is still conducted manually and undocumented, making the history of communication and follow-ups less organized. Additionally, there is no centralized system for member management and asset management, leading to scattered information and heavier administrative work.

INKINDO needs to address 3 main requirements:

  1. Projects and employee timesheets are not optimally monitored.
  2. Member communication is still manual and undocumented.
  3. There is no centralized system for member management and asset management.
Solutions Implemented (After)

To build a more structured operational foundation ready for growth, INKINDO implements integrated solutions in the aspects of activity implementation, membership communication, and asset management:

  1. Project & Timesheet for Project Activity Recording.The use of Project & Timesheet helps to record project activities more systematically, increases visibility of progress, and ensures that work efforts can be consistently tracked.
  2. Member Module and Live Chat for Communication and Membership Management. Membership administration and communication are centralized through the Member and Live Chat modules, making member interactions more organized and documented.
  3. Asset and Maintenance Management through the Asset & Maintenance Module.Asset management and maintenance activities are centralized through the Asset & Maintenance module to enhance asset control and facilitate more reliable maintenance monitoring.
Result

With more organized project recording, documented member communication, and centralized asset management, INKINDO enhances operational visibility and consistency. The organization gains clearer control over activities and timesheets, more orderly membership management, and stronger asset monitoring—supporting a more efficient and accountable way of working.
