With a work character that demands accuracy, documentation, and consistency in execution, Promisco requires neat cross-functional coordination—from sales, purchasing, project execution, to internal administration.

Condition (Before)

As activity increases, Promisco faces operational obstacles because many processes are still manual. Recording service sales and purchasing products from vendors requires repetitive input, making it inefficient and complicating transaction tracking. Inventory and asset management are also not optimal, including the management of company assets. On the other hand, project and cost management are not comprehensively organized, making monitoring expenditures and controlling project budgets more difficult. HR administration is also not integrated, so attendance, leave, and overtime data remain separate and require additional reconciliation—especially when preparing payroll needs.

Challenges

Promisco needs to address 4 main requirements:

  1. Sales and purchasing processes that are still manual (including recording service sales and purchases from vendors).
  2. Inventory and asset management that is not optimal (including asset management).
  3. Project and cost management that requires stronger structure and visibility.
  4. HR administration that is not yet integrated for attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll preparation.

  2. Integrated Inventory & Project Management.Inventory monitoring is connected to project activities, helping control goods, manage project items, and maintain supporting documentation in a more orderly manner.
  3. Automated Payslips & Mass Delivery.Payslips are automatically generated based on attendance, leave, and overtime data, then sent in bulk to employees' emails—making payroll administration faster and more consistent.
