Company Overview

PT GITS Indonesia is a technology company that provides scalable software development services (web and mobile applications) tailored to business needs. With many projects running simultaneously and cross-functional collaboration, the company requires organized process management—from sales, purchasing, project management, HR administration, to financial reporting.

Condition (Before)

As the company grows, some core processes still operate separately. Sales and purchasing processes are handled through different workflows, resulting in suboptimal visibility from prospects to delivery. On the operational side, there is no centralized system for project management and project expenses, making cost control, progress tracking, and task distribution less structured. The HR team also faces challenges in tracking employee attendance and leave. Meanwhile, financial reporting is not integrated, requiring additional effort to consolidate data and prepare consistent reports.

Challenges

PT GITS Indonesia needs to address 4 main requirements:

  1. Sales and purchasing processes are still handled separately.
  2. There is no centralized system for project management and project expenses.

  2. Automation of Purchase Requests & Purchase Orders.The purchasing process is made neater through the automation of purchase requests and purchase orders, allowing for faster and more controlled procurement coordination.
  3. Project Module for Task Management & Distribution.The Project Module is used to centrally manage projects and clearly distribute tasks to the team, supporting structured execution.
  4. HR & Accounting Integration.The integration of HR and Accounting modules forms a centralized HR system while supporting integrated financial reporting, reducing work duplication and increasing report consistency.
